Dr. Erika McCormick, renowned Award-Winning Business Consultant & Master Coach, Best-Selling Author, and Speaker.

Dr. McCormick is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Abundant Living Consulting Corporation, LLC, the umbrella entity for CreditFlex Technologies, TaxNest Financials, VARep Solutions, and Freedom Financial Group. She is also a contributing author of Sisters Inspire Sisters: Abundance, Self-Love & Manifestation and Women Who Lead in Business.

Erika is the visionary and co-author of “The Business Blueprint” {To include volume titles “The Money Management Manual '' and “The Interactive Self-Help Guide to Entrepreneurial Wellness} - a volume book series for aspiring and current business owners.

Erika’s Most honorable badge is motherhood, where she gets to experience abundant life with her daughter and teach her the valuable skills of education, success and legacy. Erika is also a proud and active member of Delta Mu Delta, Chi Sigma Iota, Ps Chi, NSBE, W.I.S.E, U.S. Chambers of Commerce, Greater Fayetteville Chamber, and the Elevate Professional Women’s Network. She is also an ambassador of Project Semicolon and a Doctoral Studies Professional Development Mentor for her Alma Mater, Capella University.

Stephanie Bolton James has nearly ten years of experience leading and growing one of Prince George’s County’s largest women’s professional organizations, Women of Prince George’s. As a native Washingtonian and professional in the area, Stephanie noticed a need for a resource to connect and support professional women in the Prince George’s County community. In 2010, Stephanie co-founded Women of Prince George’s, a resource where local women business owners and professionals could connect, grow, learn, and ultimately enhance their business position.

Women of Prince Georges hosts annual meetings, events, and industry-specific modules, facilitates meaningful business connections, and gives access to an influential professional network. Women of Prince Georges's signature event is its annual conference, where professionals from across the region gather to hear the latest industry trends, learn from powerful speakers, and engage in elite networking. We aspire to educate women, which strengthens our families and builds our communities, thus, increasing our economic position as a global leader.

Dawn Marie Bornheimer is an industry leader with a unique combination of interpersonal, business, and strategic skills. Her 20 years of professional experience have taken her from classroom teacher to world-class sales and marketing executive. A published author and frequent speaker on the topic of leadership, Dawn strives to support others in finding their voice amongst the noise. She works closely with emerging leaders to help them lead with their WHY and intention as they step into the next best version of themselves. She believes that through mentoring and being mentored, we all play an essential role in our individual and collective success. 

Maisha Hoye is the CEO of BSHG, LLC which manages and markets Customer 1st Marketing, Maisha’s Lemonade Stand and other entrepreneurial brands.  She believes in the entrepreneurial spirit and all her companies are created with the philosophy of Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics.) 

Her mission is to create wealth opportunities for herself, family and clients through the spirit of entrepreneurship and marketing know-how. 

She started Maisha’s Lemonade Stand as way to fulfill that mission. Since 2012, she has monetized and built the blog up to year over year growth with posts and advertisers that focus on the #HealthyWealthyWise and inspire entrepreneurs. 

With her company Customer 1st Marketing, Maisha has developed marketing programs for startups to mid-size organizations, all with limited budgets and resources, in very competitive and innovative marketplaces.  

Gourmet Soul is the love child of our Founder, Chef Lavinia McCoy. As a young child, Lavinia discovered her love for exquisite homemade meals. She always enjoyed watching her mother and elders make delicious crowd-pleasing meals.  However, it was later in life that Lavinia pursued her culinary passions.   

The chef is a proud Air Force Veteran with over 30 years of experience in program management including personnel, fiscal management, contract compliance, public relations, and daily operations.  When the time was right, Lavinia tenaciously pursued her culinary degree.  She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, College of Culinary Arts in July 2012 with a degree in Culinary Arts.  It’s evident that Chef Lavinia’s ongoing commitment to excellence laid the foundation for her inevitable success. 

Dr. Sharon H. Porter (Dr. Sharon), educator, author, publisher, and host, is the President of SHP Enterprise, the umbrella entity of Perfect Time SHP LLC, Book Publishing Firm and SHP Media and Broadcasting, and Vision & Purpose LifeStyle Magazine and Media, LLC. She is the Executive Director and Founder of The Next In Line to Lead Aspiring Principal Leadership Academy (APLA), where she trains, mentors, and coaches assistant principals from across the U.S. who desire to take the helm as principal.

Dr. Sharon is owner and Editor-In-Chief of Vision & Purpose LifeStyle Magazine and Media and is the host of The I Am Dr. Sharon Show. She  is a founding partner and Vice-President of Media and Communications for WNM Ventures LLC.  She also currently serves as an elementary school principal in Maryland.

Dr. Sharon is a graduate of Howard University, Walden University, Johns Hopkins University, National-Louis University, and Winston-Salem State University.  She is a part of the 2019 Harvard University School of Education Women in Leadership Cohort.
