Nicole G. Ramón, Esq, is a Latina attorney in New York City. She currently serves as the only female attorney in a busy immigration law firm. In 2001 she was awarded a full scholarship to the prestigious New York City private high school, The Dalton School. Following high school she obtained an academic scholarship to The University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. During college she was a Dean’s List student with majors in Political Science and Social and Economic Justice. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree Nicole worked as a legal assistant at the esteemed law firm of Boies, Schiller & Flexner, LLP. After completing her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, Nicole joined the Contracts Department of the Screen Actors Guild a national organization servicing the media and entertainment sectors. She enjoys travel, gardening and exploring real estate ventures.
Andrea L. Clark graduated from Mercer Law School in 2019. She had prior degrees in Higher Education (M.Ed.) and Business (MBA) from Northeastern University and Wesleyan College respectively. These experiences allowed her to bring a well-rounded and seasoned perspective to the field of law. An Atlanta native and true Georgia Peach Andrea L. Clark pursued the field of law as a career change, allowing her to follow her dreams in the path of the best-laid plans. Her practice areas are trademarked prosecution and litigation, copyright, small business litigation, and contracts. Prior to law school, Andrea was a pre-med advisor for twelve years where she assisted students to realize their dream of pursuing medicine. In this time, she realized the eight-year-old girl who aspired to be an attorney was still budding inside. She left her job in 2015 and decided to bet on herself and win! At thirty-five she began law school, a journey with no regrets! While in law school Andrea received a scholarship through the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and interned with Carter’s and InterNAP. During these experiences, her interest in intellectual property law and contracts evolved. As a result, she pursued an internship with Vivid IP. This experience provided the opportunity for her to solidify her practice area and gain essential skills to grow as a professional. Andrea is a zealous advocate and seeks to provide the best to her clients. Andrea is the mom to an inquisitive and wonderfully talented 11-year-old boy. She seeks to demonstrate to him the ability to chase your dreams and win at all costs!!
Brittany R. Gardner, Esq is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is the Founder of Ace Law, LP, a full-service law firm with offices in Philadelphia and Atlanta. Our general practice areas include general corporate, litigation, Personal Injury, DUI/DWI and criminal law. Attorney Gardner focuses on the areas of civil litigation, ancillary cannabis entity representation, and criminal law (with an emphasis in Driving under the Influence/Driving While Impaired). She has worked in within the criminal justice field for over a decade. She began her legal career as an intern within the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office working in the Private Criminal Complaints Unit and Major Trials Unit. In addition to this experience, Attorney Gardner worked with the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas in Pretrial Services and Warrant Units. Ziara Rose Sahai is the daughter of an immigrant father from the Caribbean country of Guyana, and a Polish Jewish mother from Long Island, NY. Raised in Florida, her hunger to serve the community began as a young girl on church mission trips. After earning a degree in Biology at Florida Atlantic University, she felt called to pursue a career in law. Receiving a scholarship to the Accelerated Program, she graduated from John Marshall School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate, graduating cum laude. After sitting for the Georgia and Florida Bar Exams back-to-back, Ziara founded her own firm, SAHAI LAW, focusing on LLC’s, trademarks, and legal business strategies. She empowers her clients using the law: aiming to build, scale, and protect brands of entrepreneurs. She serves the community on the Board of Directors at River Region Human Services, Inc., a rehab facility with an aim to eradicate addiction and increase access to treatment.
